The lead time for garden rooms is generally 12 weeks from the date of order. This allows customers to plan ahead and anticipate the arrival of their custom-built garden room.
All Garden Buildings: Each of your garden buildings carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty, ensuring peace of mind for customers regarding the quality and craftsmanship of their purchase.
Composite Cladding: For garden rooms with composite cladding, customers benefit from an extended 25-year manufacturer warranty. This demonstrates the durability and reliability of composite materials, providing long-term protection and value for customers.
Other Cladding Options: It’s noted that cladding choices such as factory spray-painted or cedar may have different warranty terms. Customers are encouraged to visit your manufacturer website for more detailed information regarding warranty coverage specific to these cladding options.
Having a proper foundation ensures stability, longevity, and optimal performance of the structure. Additionally, it helps prevent issues such as warping, shifting, or uneven settling over time.

15% Deposit: Customers are required to pay a 15% deposit at the point of order. This initial payment secures their purchase and initiates the process for their garden building.
40% Production Payment: Once the building is allocated a date for installation and enters production, customers are asked to make a 40% payment. This installment demonstrates the customer’s commitment to proceeding with the order and covers the costs associated with production and preparation.
Final Payment: The remaining balance, totaling 45%, is due 7 days before the scheduled installation date. This final payment ensures that all financial obligations are settled before the installation process begins, allowing for a seamless and hassle-free experience for both the customer and your team.

We can offer to manufacture sections into smaller sections to ensure that customers with restricted access, such as narrow pathways or standard doorways, can still enjoy the benefits of your garden rooms.
