Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions – Green Space Creations

1. General

These terms apply to all orders placed with Green Space Creations via our website or in person. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Made-to-Order Products

All buildings supplied are made to order based on customer-selected specifications, including:

  • Size
  • Roof type
  • Layout (e.g. door position)
  • Finish (treated or painted)
  • Optional extras

Each building is manufactured specifically for the customer and is not a stock item.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

5. Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed once payment has been received and an order confirmation has been issued. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • Pricing errors
  • Product availability issues
  • Delivery or access limitations

6. Delivery & Installation

  • Free installation is included within approximately 50 miles of our showroom at Dobbies Garden Centre, Shenstone.
  • The Popular Shed range does not include installation unless agreed separately.

For locations outside this area:

  • Delivery only may be offered, or
  • Installation may be quoted separately

Delivery and installation dates are estimates and may be affected by weather or other external factors.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

  • A suitable, level base is prepared
  • Adequate access to the installation area
  • Sufficient working space

If access or base conditions are unsuitable:

  • Installation may be delayed
  • Additional charges may apply

8. Cancellations

All buildings are made to order. By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Production may begin immediately
  • Your building is bespoke and manufactured to your specifications

Orders may only be cancelled within 14 days if production has not started. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products:

  • Custom-made buildings are non-returnable once manufactured
  • Refunds are not available once production has started

If a product is damaged or faulty, we will repair, replace, or resolve the issue.

10. Installation

Installation is carried out by our team. Typical installation time is approximately 1–3 hours depending on building size. We are not responsible for:

  • Ground conditions
  • Base suitability
  • Site restrictions

11. Timber Disclaimer

Timber is a natural material and may:

  • Expand or contract
  • Develop splits, knots, or warping

These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

12. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by weather or external factors
  • Loss of earnings or inconvenience
  • Planning permission requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations.
